The Subconscious Mind as a Center of Self-Esteem

We wish all and probably better we gasp to feel well with us themselves and with our environment. It is to say we look for a level of personal and permanent satisfaction. And the mental place that can produce such a condition is lodged into our subconscious mind, where one finds the so called self esteem center.

Self-esteem as such is a common feature of all beings endowed with reason and emotions as humans, as less evolved beings as animals have government actions only through its instincts and survival mechanisms.

But in the case of human self-esteem determines the significance of actions in time and the purpose of life for everyone.

Self-esteem as these concepts are defined as mental and emotional perception everyone has of himself and of his personal mission in life.

However our daily perception of events indicates that the circumstances of men in this world are changing and always offer challenges and unforeseen situations. Precisely because of this many people go through a disorientation when living experiences that distort the ability to find solutions to problems and consequently arise an inner feeling of impotence and a mental perception that ultimately affect the self-esteem of a partially or total way.

The center of the self-esteem as we said is none other than the formal definition subconscious mind which shows what “program of events and thoughts repeated and / or intense emotions running actions and compelling anyone to follow them doing.”

Thus our continuous actions directly reflect our internal communication usual thoughts with images, sounds and feelings.

But our subconscious mind as a center of self-esteem is seriously affected by past experiences especially those who have had a thrill or shock to us, as well as repeated thoughts and actions we do every day that determine our behavior so we can not expect big changes in our lives if we receive this information daily in mental and emotional level and if it is distorted with our desire to live life in harmony with ourselves.

Our subconscious mind or self center receives and acts directly on our behavior and body and permanently affects our results with the environment. As in many cases we can not expect of the external environment healthy eating for life in general and for our self-esteem, so we need to do it ourselves through four distinct parts in man: spiritual, mental, emotional and physical.

1. Spiritual part:

This is the most important part of being human, because life is not just a fact of being here and now with a mind and body and this part can cause permanent changes in the mission and vision of a person no matter wherever you are .

As this is a personal issue to recommend the most appropriate is to attend a church or group where you find the encounter with God the Creator of the universe and the respect and appreciation of life in all its manifestations.

2. Mental part: having spoken to our case definition of the subconscious mind recommend:

a. Read 15 minutes a day of books human development and improvement. No entertainment books and stories that what do is to evade a person of the world. But to provide practical tools to solve many of their problems daily. Among them are:

The Bible, Positive Mental Attitude, The Four Laws of the subconscious mind and its application to Succeed , The Magic of Thinking Big, How to Win Friends and Influence on People, Awakening the Giant Within, etc.

b. Listen at least weekly audio CD that speaks to issues of personal experiences and tell people above situations or challenges in your life: The art of living Jim Ron, The Secret rarest of Earl Nightingale, etc.

c. Partner with positive and sincere people who want to progress and are making a real effort to achieve it. Also away from people who try to lower your self-esteem or selfish, envious and violent. And this can be done among other options: link to any company in network marketing, because you will find there leaders that are not only successful but also very human and ordinary people to bring a very exciting change for society.

3. Emotional Part:

If you are addict to the news, newspapers, novels and gossip or twitters tragic I suggest you apply a 95% what we said to the mental part  and let the 5% for these activities in order to diminish or no give them more importance in your life.

At night before go to bed and in the morning before wake up make a statement on how you want your life and what´s your mission in this world. Try to visualize how you will feel when you achieve what you want to get. But keep in mind that what you ask should result not only for your benefit but also for the benefit of others.

4.  Physical Part:

  • Sleep 8 hours a day on average.
  • Eat fruits and vegetables. Little meat, and if you’re a vegetarian is fine.
  • Avoid full meal consumption and saturated fats.
  • Consume little sweet.
  • Drink seven to eight glasses of water a day. You can add to this natural juices.
  • Make 20 minutosde daily exercise: running, walking, cycling.
  • On weekends playing sports outdoors that requires you thoroughly.
  • Do not consume psychoactive substances such as alcohol, drugs or snuff.

With these guidelines you will have a life that has control of the aggressive forces of the environment and be more and more happy, grateful and determined to help yourself and others and you will grow and keep self -esteem.
